Beginning July 1st, 2022 onwards, Thailand will be completely open to all visitors, easing the previous documentation required during the pandemic period. The ‘Thailand Pass’ along with the prerequisite ‘US$10,000 Health Insurance’ will be dropped from the list of necessary requirements for entering in the Kingdom of Thailand.
However, visitors must still carry a proof of vaccination or the most recent RT-PCR test result, not more than 72 hours prior to arrival as a safety measure.
The following rules will come in effect from 1st July, 2022 with specific requirements for vaccinated and unvaccinated/not fully vaccinated travellers from all countries with scheduled arrivals from this date.
