Sourabh Srivastava, a hospitality professional with 17 years of rich experience has joined the Lords Hotels & Resorts as Operation Manager at Lords Inn Jaipur. In his new role he will be responsible for managing operations of the same.
Prior to joining Lords Group, he was working with Clarion Inn, Jaipur as Room Division Manager since Feb 2022.
Armoured with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from IHM Lucknow & Master of Business Administration from Sikkim Manipal, Sourabh Srivastava is a hospitality professional with 17 years of rich experience.
He spent initial days of his career journey at Rajputana Palace Sheraton Jaipur, where he completed 22 weeks of industrial training. This gave him an opportunity to begin his career with The Sarovar Park Plaza, Jaipur (Park Prime) as Front Office Assistant (2005-2008). Here he later got promoted as Front Office Supervisor.
In the year 2008 to 2012, Sourabh joined The Radisson Hotel, Varanasi as a Guest Service Supervisor and got promoted as Duty Manager. He moved on to The Clarks Amer, Jaipur as a Lobby Manager (2012- 2014), Joined Park Inn by Radisson, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, as a Front Office Manager (2014-2017). With Clarion Inn, Jaipur as a Front Office Manager (2017-2022).
