This is how they treat their members, i will raise this to consumers court.
We stayed at hotel Clark Shiraz- Agra in The hotel is located at approachable distance from some of the popular sites of Agra an easily accessible. The Hotel itself is well maintained with a lush green backyard. Rooms are spacious enough with all the regular amenities. Hotel is also following covid-19 protocols effectively. The best part is the courteous staff. They are well behaved. The have a good restaurant where they serve breakfast and dinner. Food is delicious and not to spicy, although there is no much variety in the breakfast buffet. Hotel is worth the money and provide you with a pleasant stay

Right now I have talked to Mr.Deepak regarding the bookings, the way he talked to me was very unprofessional and he is denying for the bookings,He is asking for the MNC charges before booking and quoting the term and condition, when I checked the T&C it is mentioned that AMC will be generated 9 month from the date of agreement and payable within 12 months from from the date of agreement.and my agreement purchase is 4/12/21 .also he behaviour is very unprofessional, i have raised the concern earlier also regarding him, to Ashutosh. I have the call regarding and screen shot if possible I can share regarding him.
I was promised 4-5 star hotels and what not. Now no one cares to revert and List of tie up hotels they shared are no where near to what they promised. Worst service team also. Keep your money in ur pocket, they are just earning on time value of money. I would not be surprised if this company runs away like any other ponzy company.

Royal club company is fraudulent company.
They cheats & playing with emotions of peoples. Their team members or employees make foolish to peoples . At the time of agreement they said you can cancel the memvership within 7 days with any reason, so take membership by payoling 65000/- but eithin 2 days i sent mail to company for cancelation of membership but thry did not respond and after 1 to 2 month they said membership can not canceled.
And after 2 months yhey said if you want to cancel membership then we will reimburse only Rs. 25000/- as remaining 40000/- are charges
As per Agreement there is no such type of condition
So I urge all people please stay away from such type of fraud companies as our money is important for our family.

Aise rupaye kisi ne hazam nahi kar paaye hain. Maine ₹2,20,000 ka membership liya. Lete waqt inki representative boli AMC free lifetime. Kab booking karne ka time aaya toh bolte hain ki Rush period hai, ye toh chhoti city hai and all such fake excuses. Aur agar galti se booking kar bhi diye toh ₹1500-2000 se zyaada ke hotel me book nai karte. BC thodi toh sharm hoti hai insaan me, usko bhi inhone bech khaaya hai. Jab cancel karne ke liye request kiya uspe bhi inhone aana kaani kiya. Rupya mera hai toh decision bhi mera hai na, membership rakhna hai ya nahi! Par ek bar aap paise inko diye matlab aap fas gaye!! Haraam ke pille
