Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach has appointed Nishant Agarwal as the General Manager of the property. Nishant being an accomplished hotelier brings 19 years of hospitality experience to the beach hotel. In his leadership role, he will be responsible for spearheading operationsat Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach.
His well – versed knowledge & dynamic guidance, makes him accountable for steering beneficial strategies for Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach. Under his solid leadership, team building skills, comprehensive knowledge of international standard service procedures and a strong background in F&B management, the team will be able to provide a tactical depth to the property.
Over the course of his career, Nishant has worked with leading international hotel brands and gained expertise across various segments. He began his career with The Imperial New Delhi; this was followed by his association with The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in the Food & Beverage sector. He has also worked with The Westin Mumbai Garden City that is a part of the Marriott Hotels as an Executive Assistant Manager and later moved to The Westin Pune Koregaon Park as the General Manager.
Nishant is an alumni of the Institute of Hotel Management, PUSA, New Delhi. He is extremely passionate about travelling and firmly believes that travel helps enrich your perspective towards life.
