Fortune Hotels has entered into an operating agreement with a hotel property located in in East Delhi’s Vivek Vihar. With the latest addition the hotel company boasts of a portfolio of six hotels with an inventory of over 500 rooms in the Delhi and NCR region.
The 70-key property will be a ‘Fortune Park’ branded hotel with an all-day dining restaurant, a bar and lounge and two spacious banquet venues, a gym and a spa. The hotel is expected to open doors early next year.
Announcing the latest addition, Samir MC, Managing Director, Fortune Park Hotels, said, “We are pleased to announce our sixth hotel in the NCR region. This hotel is strategically located in the plush confines of East Delhi, a very demand driven market with immense business potential.”
