Accor announces signing of Novotel Tirupati & Ibis Styles Tirupati

The expansive 350-key multi-brand hotel complex is set to transform the hospitality landscape of Tirupati

This milestone signing underscores Accor’s commitment to expanding its presence in key destinations across India. The expansive 350-key multi-brand hotel complex is set to transform the hospitality landscape of Tirupati, a city that draws millions of devotees to the renowned Tirumala Venkateswara Temple each year.
With a strategic location on Tirupati’s main road and easy access to the airport as well as major spiritual and tourist attractions, Novotel Tirupati and ibis Styles Tirupati are poised to become symbols of hospitality excellence in the region.
Developed by Shravanthi Hotels & Resorts Private Limited, the new cluster of hotels will feature 180 guest rooms at Novotel Tirupati and 170 guest rooms at ibis Styles Tirupati, ensuring a diverse range of options to accommodate all types of travellers.
Located in the heart of Tirupati, the two hotels will offer a wide array of amenities, including two all-day dining options, a specialty restaurant, two bars, along with a shared lobby bar and café.
Guests can enjoy a fitness centre, a swimming pool, and over 1,000 square meters of flexible banquet and meeting spaces, ideal for events of any size and scale.
Aniruddh Kumar, Vice President of Development, India & South Asia at Accor, expressed his enthusiasm about the venture, stating, “We are ecstatic to expand our footprint in Andhra Pradesh with the addition of Novotel Tirupati and ibis Styles Tirupati.”
