Insight Vacations and Luxury Gold, premium escorted journeys represented by Signature Tours – a sister concern of Creative Travel in India, has launched its product line for the year 2020. Insight Vacations has added five new trips and a separate Ancient Civilisations Collections for 2020, featuring 18 trips to nine countries. Guest can explore some of the world’s most ancient civilisations in the Eastern Mediterranean, North America and India Subcontinent.
Unveiling over 50 luxury guided journeys to Europe, Africa, North and South America, Asia India, Australia and New Zealand, Luxury Gold added three new itineraries ‘Elegance of the Pharaohs’, ‘Art, Culture & Cuisine of Columbia’ and Vibrant Eastern Canada & the USA’ this year.
While talking to Whereabouts, Anthony Lim, Managing Director Asia, Insight Vacations & Luxury Gold said: “Both of the programmes – Insight Vacations and Luxury Gold have recorded a double digit growth from the Indian market in the year 2019. We have 52 percent repeat guests for our Insight Vacations product line whereas for Luxury Gold it is 62 percent. For the year 2020 we are very excited as we already have several confirmed bookings and good number of queries with us.”
Iceland, Scandinavian and Japan are top picked destinations by Indian travellers. For Japan there is an increased demand and this programme is running very well in this market.
Adding to this, Rajeev Kohli, Joint Managing Director, Creative Travel said that over the last two years Signature Tours has conducted various meetings with the tour operators in Chandigarh, Jaipur and Nagpur etc. and we have started getting business from these cities as well. As Insight Vacations & Luxury Gold have registered a double digit growth, the Signature Tours as its GSA has registered a 23 percent growth as compare to the last year.
According to him, 60 percent of the total guests are coming from metro cities basically from Delhi, Mumbai and rest 40 percent from cities like Bengaluru, Chennai and Kolkata etc.

As we already mentioned about the repeat customers, I believe 52 percent is very high in Indian market,” he added.
